Which data do we need, and what are we doing with it?
You will need the login data (email address and password) for access to the shop – the personal data regarding your home address required for processing your orders. The phone number is required to make quick contact in case of further inquiries. For business clients, we also need the VAT ID.
This data will ensure our ability to carry out the order and keep you informed about the progress via email. For each step of the process (confirmation of the order, advance payment, parcel number, etc.) you will receive an email informing you about the current status of your order.On request, we will disclose any data that we have stored regarding your person (free of charge). If you so wish, please send a message via our contact page. We are also required to correct, block or delete the saved data on request.
