The RECS®|Box Antares is a modular microserver system that allows arbitrary combinations of x86, ARM, GPU and FPGA compute modules using its two different styles of so-called Baseboards. One Baseboard supports Type 6 COM Express modules while the other one hosts up to 4 Apalis CoM modules. All modules are connected to two different networks: One dedicated 1 or 10 Gbit Ethernet for each Baseboard (“Compute network”) and one internally switched 1 Gbit management network. All nodes are controlled and monitored by integrated management software. Power consumption of all modules can be monitored individually. Each Baseboard also hosts multiple temperature sensors. Via an integrated KVM switch each module is accessible via HDMI and USB for local management.
